Responsibilities:
· Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and collaborate with promoters to derive and implement growth strategies for business expansion in Chennai.
· Generate leads from Industries, Companies, Corporates, Hotels, Commercial buildings, and other Establishments.
· Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
· Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services to potential customers.
· Convert the requirements into potential business and be able to proactively handle the business cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Personal Attributes
· Basic understanding of sales and business development process with preliminary knowledge on Safety Solutions, Sustainability, Interior Design and Training Solution is required/ not mandatory.
· Should be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision with an entrepreneurial mindset is required for this position.
· Should possess basic knowledge on cold calling, networking, presentations and follow up meetings.
· Should be able to submit proposals, invoicing, lead management, queries resolution, preliminary negotiations and understanding the competition market.
· Proficient enough to communicate in English and Tamil, familiarity in using MS Office tools like excel, powerpoint and word is mandatory.
