We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners
• Building and maintaining relationships with key prospects and decision-makers
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams on strategy and implementation
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Drafting and reviewing proposals and other documents for potential clients
• Providing feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
• Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and industry sector
