We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives.

Job Description:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service. We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Any bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
  • Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to engage customers.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary Range:

• Freshers: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month.
• Experienced (1-2 years in a relevant field): ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
