TWOSS Business Development Associate Program Details:

• On-the-job Training: 15-45 days with a ₹15,000 stipend post-completion. No sales targets during this period.
• Post-Training Compensation:
• Earn a CTC of ₹7 LPA (₹4 LPA fixed, ₹3 LPA variable) if no revenue is achieved during your OJT.
• Earn a CTC of ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA fixed, ₹3 LPA variable) if you achieve ₹1 lakh of revenue in 45 days of OJT.
