Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This role focuses primarily on cold calling and data entry, making it ideal for individuals who are comfortable with client outreach and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
- Engage in high-volume cold calling to generate leads and build a robust client base.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients, introduce our services, and identify customer needs.
- Handle rejections professionally and continue with persistence to maintain a positive rapport.
Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately input and maintain data related to leads, customer information, and interaction records in CRM software.
- Keep records up-to-date and ensure high standards of data integrity.
Lead Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential clients from various sources such as online directories, referrals, and cold calls.
- Assess the level of interest and qualification of prospects based on their responses.
Follow-Up & Scheduling:
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with prospects who show interest.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the sales team by providing them with detailed information on qualified leads.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of calls made, responses received, and qualified leads.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics and optimize cold calling and lead qualification strategies accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects over the phone.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Persistence: Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner and with a positive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
