Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand the market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the two-wheeler service industry, and provide insights for improving business strategies.
Customer Service & Follow-up: Support the customer relations team by handling inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and addressing feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
