As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our herbal medicine products, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products

- Provide detailed product information, answer queries, and address concerns

- Persuade customers to purchase our products, meeting sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, leads, and customer interactions

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

*Requirements:*
- 12th pass (minimum educational requirement)

- Age: 18 to 30 years- 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or BPO (preferable)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Strong product knowledge and understanding (training provided)

*Compensation:*
- In-hand salary: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
