About the internship
1. Conduct outbound telephonic calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and services offered by Healing Hands Clinic.
2. Develop and maintain a database of potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
3. Assist in creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies, seeking opportunities for improvement.
6. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze data related to customer interactions, call outcomes, and campaign performance.
7. Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, in order to suggest innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
