As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support the recruitment process from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding initiatives and learn about best practices in talent acquisition. This internship is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in HR or recruitment who are eager to gain practical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Assist with job postings on various platforms and channels.
Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with reference checks and background screenings.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media content and career fair participation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
