Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
2. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
3. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
4. Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
5. Advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
6. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Monitoring key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
8. Participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
9. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
10. Acting as a consultant to new hires and helping them in onboarding
