The Sales Manager will be expected to drive sales growth and realization of sales targets in the organization. The job involves creating good rapport with clients and ensuring maximum property sales. Key Responsibilities:

 Management of Sales Team:

Individual and team sales targets will be set, and progress will be monitored.

Individual support and counseling will be offered to individual members of the team on improving performance in sales.

 Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute an appropriate sales strategy to meet the goals of the company.

Study current markets and needs of the customers, for promotion of focused sales campaigns

Identifying new business opportunities as well as plans for client portfolio expansion

 Client Relationship Management:

Client, Developers relationship development and maintenance.

Management of client meetings, Property presentations, and negotiating

Answer all the concerns that have been raised by the clients to get the highest level of customer satisfaction.
