Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction and Lead Generation:
Conduct effective client calls to understand customer requirements and validate leads.
Generate potential business requirements from clients and assess their qualification status.
Generate new clients and interact with existing clients.
Gather information related to the correct Point of Contact (POC),decision-makers, Requests for Proposal (RFP),Requests for Information (RFI),current vendors, and any service level gaps.
2. Customer Requirement Analysis:
Understand customer needs by gathering and documenting detailed information according to standard industry practices.
Schedule meetings with clients to propose solutions and explore opportunities through Proof of Concept (POC) presentations.
3. Follow-Up & Client Engagement:
Conduct follow-up calls to engage clients effectively and address their concerns.
Reach out to non-responsive clients via phone, message, or email to understand their concerns and ensure that responses are properly recorded in the CRM.
4. Communication & Documentation:
Write professional emails to document all client discussions and ensure clear and concise communication.
Serve as the liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring seamless communication from contract negotiation through to project completion.
