The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking sector and proven experience in sales. Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:* Identify and target potential customers for CASA products through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.*Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.*Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.*Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable CASA products.* Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any issues promptly.
