We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented
sales executive to drive sales. The sales executive's
responsibilities include analysing industry trends to identify ways to improve
company sales and services of products, ensuring that customers are satisfied
with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account
plans and sales reports to higher management. You should also be able to resolve
customer complaints in a timely manner..
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets.
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to
ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
- Identifying promising prospects and generating leads
through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Maintain Good Funnel and keep proper track of funnel.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer
service activities run smoothly.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive
presentations: Being self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of
sales made & keeping list of potential and existing customers.
- Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current
sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products,
pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and
interests.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as
well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proper negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and team playing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good Knowledge customer service skills.
Experience Required: -
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience in System Integrator
would be welcomed.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's degree in business management or
administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is
advantageous.
