Job Title: Sales and Service Executive for Medical Devices

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Executive for Medical Devices. This role is ideal for every candidate with a keen interest in medical technology and a basic understanding of critical instruments such as endoscopes, and sterilization equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Promote and sell our range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Service:
• Provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical devices.
• Install, configure, demonstrate, and test new equipment at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our devices.
Qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or any healthcare related field.
• Basic knowledge of critical medical instruments and equipments.
• Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of sterilization equipment and operating theatre (OT) instruments.
• Sales experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
