Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about menu items and promotions.
• Payment Processing:
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales.
• Cash Handling:
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures to prevent theft and loss.
  • Secure cash and other valuables according to restaurant policies.
• General Duties:
  • Assist with table bussing and cleaning as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
