Job description: The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for catering to out-of-city clients, utilizing online platforms such as Zoom to engage with clients, understand market preferences, and guide them in making informed property investments. The role involves emphasizing the importance of site visits, arranging and coordinating site visits, and collaborating with sales leaders in Mumbai and Pune.

In the near future, we envision expanding our operations to include cross-city and international campaigns catering to NRI clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct virtual property tours for out-of-city clients to showcase available properties and address any inquiries.
· Develop customized presentations and materials to effectively communicate market insights and property options.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and property inquiries for future reference.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics for client site visits, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
· Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
· Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate leads.
· Proactively follow up with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns, aiming to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms to attract and engage potential clients.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Confirmed employee of Brickfolio (not in probation).
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in visual presentation tools preferred.
Previous experience in sales or real estate is advantageous.
