Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with expert advice and support.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate deals and draft contracts to close sales successfully.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications:

• Fresher or Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Mandatory-Bike required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
