Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and, agreements, Mou and other legal documents

· Scrutinise property documentation, including title deeds, sale agreements, Gift, AGPA and lease agreements.

· Conduct thorough due diligence of documents related to land laws, including title verification, land use permissions, and other legal clearances.

· Ensure all legal checks are completed before finalizing land deals.

· We are looking for legal associate with a specialization in Indian Real Estate to join our team The successful candidate will have the ability to produce impartial and detailed legal opinions regarding real estate matters.

· Research and provide advice on Indian real estate law as needed

· Track and manage matters through completion of all necessary paperwork Requirements

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Key Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university

· Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.

· Experience of 0-1 year

· Strong understanding of property laws, land acquisition law, and regulatory compliance in the real estate sector.

· Having sound Knowledge of Civil Law

· Candidates working with Indian real estate law and Revenue Laws is an added benefit •

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good working knowledge of English Hindi and Telugu

·
Good interpersonal skills to interact
with local authorities with knowledge of Telugu preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
