Job Summary:
As an Intern Human Resources at Addhuri Events, you will assist in managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. This internship offers hands-on experience and, upon successful completion, could lead to a full-time HR Executive role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Support employee relations by addressing grievances and assisting with conflict resolution
Help organize training and development programs for staff
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with compliance tasks
Contribute to fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture
