Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in analyzing HR data using advanced analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations on employee engagement, performance, and retention.
2. Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and assisting with audits.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
5. Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
6. Assist with employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and performance management.
7. Take part in special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs.
