Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Acquisition Support: You'll get hands-on experience with various recruitment strategies to help build a strong candidate pool. This includes engaging with candidates, screening applications, and assisting in managing the recruitment process
2. Event Coordination: You'll play a key role in planning and executing company events. This involves organizing logistics for both in-office and virtual events and managing details like catering and audio-visual needs to ensure successful events
3. Logistics Management: Handle the logistics with attention to detail. You'll be expected to tackle any challenges that arise, finding effective solutions to keep events running smoothly
4. Employee Engagement Involvement: Engage in activities that boost team morale and develop a collaborative work environment. Your input and participation will be crucial in maintaining our positive company culture
5. HR General Support: Alongside these roles, you'll also have the chance to support various other aspects of Human Capital, giving you a well-rounded HR experience
