Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates from LinkedIn and various other portals
2. Schedule interviews with the hiring team
3. Roll out offers and handle pre-joining engagement
4. Handle internal communication and establish HR policies
5. Engage the team with various activities
6. Assist leaders in setting up meetings and various office activites.
