Job Description

Qualification: MBA HR/ MSW HR

Responsibilities:

1. To handle all HR functions of the state which includes recruitment, leave and attendance, managing employee relations, rewards & recognition, data management.

2. Should manage employee attrition & retention plan to be focused.

3. Responsible for employee grievance and employee welfare.

4. This Job involves travelling across branches in Telangana.

5. Learn the employee benefits program including pensions, paid time off, and other benefits offered by the company.

6. Learn how to complete payroll and maintain payroll records effectively.
