Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented IT and Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.

• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.

• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Recruitment Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
