We Are Having Opportunity For Genpact Organisation For HR Admin Post

Interested Candidate Can Apply And Join WE ARE HAVING IMMEDIATE POSITION TO OCCUPY with Attending Interview And Your Knowledge Upon The Subject.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and databases.

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation.

Organize and maintain HR files and documents.

Skills:

Understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
