  • Managing office operations
  • Recreational activities
  • Organizing office supplies and equipment
  • Managing office communication
  • Maintaining office records
  • Coordinating office services
  • Supporting office staff
  • Maintaining office systems
  • HR related Works
  • CEO Office assistance

Customer Communication Directed at the CEO:

  • Respond and allocate to respective teams- incoming inquiries, classify as Sales, Recruitment, Vendor etc. when it is received on CEOs numbers
  • Conduct ad-hoc satisfaction reviews on behalf of CEO with customers in co-ordination with Delivery team.
  • Follow up with Internal Support Teams on Any customer escalations if the CEO is handling. 
Skills:
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Good ethical judgment.
