Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires including preparing orientation materials
Assist in updating HR databases and employee records
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Provide administrative support such as filing documents and managing HR correspondence
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
