*Program Overview:* We are offering a 3-month HR internship program that combines hands-on training with real-world experience. This program is designed to equip you with essential HR skills, including hiring processes, onboarding, and employee record management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Participate in training sessions focused on HR best practices.

- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.

- Support onboarding activities for new hires.

- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

*Compensation:*

- Stipend of up to ₹45,000 over the 3-month internship, based on task assignments.

- An internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion.

*Post-Internship Opportunities:*

- Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position within our company.

- Permanent employees will receive a minimum fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month.
