Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn and social media, to identify and attract qualified candidates for R&D & Non – R&D positions. ❖ Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions. ❖ Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process. ❖ Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, providing support in creating job descriptions and defining selection criteria. ❖ Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates to enhance their experience. ❖ Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. ❖ Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (WeTo),tracking candidate progress and recruitment metrics to provide regular updates to the recruiting team.
