Job Title: Freshers Marketing Executive 

Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai

Salary: INR up to 25,000 per month + Incentives based on performance

Requirements:

- Recent graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

- Own Laptop and Bike with driver’s license.

- Strong interest in sales and marketing, particularly in the education sector.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.

Training /Probation Period:

• The initial probation period will be 3 months.
• During this period you will receive a fixed amount of 20k/month.
• Based on your performance during this period, you will receive the offer letter from the company.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential schools for partnership opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategies to onboard schools as partners of AdiClasses.

- Conduct presentations and meetings with school administrators and students.

- Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions for schools.

- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements with schools.

- Maintain strong relationships with schools to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in capital cities to identify opportunities for growth.
