Title: Founder's Office Generalist

What we are seeking:
As a Founder's Office Generalist at Yarn Bazaar, you will act as the CEO’s right hand,
handling a variety of tasks across administration, project management, and operational
support. Your role will ensure the CEO is well-supported in daily operations, and you will
have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that impact multiple areas of the business.
What You’ll do:
● Administrative Support: Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks,
including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence,
and organizing travel.
● Project Management: Oversee and track the progress of key projects initiated by the
CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and actions are followed up.
● Research & Analysis: Conduct research, prepare reports, and gather insights on
various business topics as directed by the CEO.
● Operations Support: Help streamline office processes, coordinate across teams, and
handle ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the organization running efficiently.
● Internal & External Communications: Liaise with internal departments and external
stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clear and timely communication.
● Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, workshops, and conferences
attended or hosted by the CEO.
● Document Management: Prepare presentations, draft emails, and maintain filing
systems for key documents.
● Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges by finding creative solutions and
taking initiative to resolve issues.
● Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle any other tasks or duties as assigned by the CEO,
ranging from personal errands to high-level business support.
What you’ll need:
● A generalist mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
● Experience in administrative roles, executive assistance, or a similar capacity.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software tools.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across different teams.
● Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and a fast-paced work environment.
● Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience is key.
