Remote Desktop support as well as visit customer location for inspection, installation, repairs, upgrades and refurbishment of parts and product- laptop, desktop, printer, servers & networking components and many more IT & NON IT Products. Good/Must to have 2 wheeler, salary and travel allowance will be paid.
Responsibilities:
Customer support: Providing technical and administrative support to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing a high level of customer service
Technical direction: Providing technical direction to a team, and training new team members
Service reports: Preparing and submitting service reports
Equipment design, installation, and repair: Designing, installing, or repairing equipment at a client's home or place of business
Technical knowledge: Having a strong foundation in technical knowledge, such as understanding schematics and troubleshooting basic hardware issues
Safety protocols: Having a firm grasp of safety protocols
