Role Overview:
As a **Design Engineer** at **Green Lantern Engineering**, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings for our BioHYBRID, BioDRAGON, and Tapwater products. You will utilize your expertise in AutoCAD and plumbing systems to develop accurate and innovative designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD software, focusing on plumbing systems for BioHYBRID, BioDRAGON, and Tapwater products.
- Ensure that designs adhere to project specifications, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Review and modify designs based on feedback from internal teams, clients, and consultants.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and manufacturing, to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to plumbing system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the water sustainability or related industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with experience in creating plumbing system designs.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and plumbing system components.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
