Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Field Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely order deliveries and payments. This role requires a self-starter who can proactively engage with shopkeepers, expand our customer base, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shopkeepers and retail outlets to promote and sell FMCG products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including order taking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
• Provide timely feedback and market insights to the sales team to improve strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a related role (preferably in the FMCG sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of the local market and field sales practices.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler .
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
