Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Management: Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers.
Market Penetration: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this information to enhance sales strategies and product positioning.
Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our FMCG products.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a strong understanding of the sector and market dynamics. Experience with B2B sales is advantageous.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.
