Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities that align with the company’s goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking, communication, and analytical skills to drive revenue growth and build sustainable partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Negotiate contract terms and close deals in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during and after the sales process
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
