Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up mobile banking apps for customers
• Educate clients on the benefits of digital banking
• Conduct field visits to assist customers in person
• Engaging with customers to onboard them to digital services
• Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Monitoring adoption rates, customer feedback, and key performance metrics
• Participating in product campaigns 
• Helping customers with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) rules 
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards 
• Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Field sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Age: Under 30
