Job Description

Greet customers entering the store and assist them with their purchases.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products and services.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid selling skills to existing and prospective customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the jewellery industry.
Prepare reports on sales activities, sales targets, and forecasts.
