Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers and related equipment.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to company resources.
Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Provide remote support through various tools and platforms when necessary.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic computer functions and software applications.
