Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers and related equipment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to company resources.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Provide remote support through various tools and platforms when necessary.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic computer functions and software applications.
