Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Executive at Matkatus in Chennai. The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and consulting with clients to meet their needs.

Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
Confident communicating with a wide cross-section of people both within the business and within the client base - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A conscientious, tenacious and self-reliant individual who is results orientated and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.
