Key Responsibilities:

• Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Follow up on customer interactions as needed to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality assurance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
