Manage and service team client portfolio
Lead and motivate team in the achievements of agreed targets for both team and individual performance

Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about targets, team performance, and mission-related objectives to management.
