Location - HO Churchgate

Responsibilities -

Collating training plans & schedules with L&D Team Members.
Co-ordinating with all trainers for reports/ training material/ calendars and feedback.
Regular publishing of dashboards / attendance sheet of participants.
MIS development & communication for training purposes.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Content Library Management.
Logistical arrangement if any, for location specific training.
SPOC for Administrative & related activities for L&D team.
Managing internal learning platforms for batch creation and data collection.
Exploring & Sharing ideas for making policies and processes for L&D.

Desired Candidate Profile -

Excellent Communication skills.
Advanced skills required in Excel & PowerPoint.
Candidate should be Tech savvy, good at execution & a team player.
Should have minimum 1 year of experience.
