Job Description

Advocate for Legal Paperwork at Builder's Office

We are seeking a qualified and experienced advocate to manage and oversee all legal documentation and compliance matters at our builder's office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and be adept at handling various legal tasks related to property development and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance certificates.
Ensure all legal paperwork is in accordance with local, state, and national regulations.
Provide legal advice and support to the builder's team on matters related to property laws, zoning regulations, and construction permits.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth processing of legal documents.
Represent the builder's office in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence.
