Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in Visa Application Processing.
2. Supporting the Visa Services team in handling and processing visa applications for clients traveling to various destinations.
3. Ensuring accurate completion of visa application forms and documentation.
4. Communicating with clients to collect necessary information and documents for visa applications.
5. Providing timely updates to clients on the status of their visa applications.
6. Staying updated on visa regulations, entry requirements, and immigration policies for different countries.
7. Documentation and Record Keeping.
8. Assisting in maintaining organized records of visa applications, approvals, and denials.
9. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
10. Learning and Adhere to Company Policies.
11. Familiarize yourself with the company's policies and procedures related to visa services.
12. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.


Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., International Relations, Tourism Management, Hospitality).
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Basic knowledge of visa processes and regulations is a plus.
5. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
