Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Conduct research on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify relevant companies, organizations, and individuals for DEI award nominations
2. Reach out to potential nominees via email, phone, and other communication channels to invite them to submit nominations for the awards
3. Send email communications and follow-up messages to encourage engagement and participation in the awards program
4. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase awareness of the DEI awards and encourage nominations
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize DEI award ceremonies and related events
6. Manage communication with nominees, sponsors, and stakeholders throughout the awards process
7. Assist in promoting DEI initiatives and award opportunities through various channels, including social media, WhatsApp, and website updates
