Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting and engaging with registered annual members and prospective members during the annual membership period (January/February/March)
2. Sharing the member benefits via call and email and detail explaining to them the benefits of joining the association's annual membership
3. Informing them about the current year's client global meetings
4. Assisting members with their queries for client annual membership, membership benefits, website issues, and member access- via call and email
5. Assisting members and companies from the start of the registration date until the conference is over with queries such as (venue and dates of the conference, website details, registration process, registration fee, payment options, visa invitation letter, registration refund policy, etc.)
6. Assisting members on how to register online, generate IDs, and reset the login password
7. Assisting members who were 2022/23-year annual members but have forgotten their login ID or password to register for 2024 membership and access other tools on the website
8. Assisting member queries regarding non-receipt of the 2023 annual membership certificate copy and also aligning them with the soft copy of these certificates
9. Working on queries from members with regards to the new client blog and app (how to access, usage, and benefits)
10. Assisting members with queries concerning the client member benefits on the new website
11. Working on the attendance certificates issued for attendees at the 2024 client annual meeting/ global conference.
12. Working on the initiatives of the clients/brands
