Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Support end-users with technical problems and provide timely solutions.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems.

Document and track issues and resolutions using ticketing systems.

Collaborate with senior engineers for complex troubleshooting and repairs.

Set up and configure new desktop systems and applications.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certification or coursework in IT or related fields.
